This CDS is already mix ,all you have to do is

4ml CDS  mix with 1dl water . 

1st day at evening is the best time to start around 6 pm.  

Is a possibility for give you a 1 x time diarrhea/ its ok. Is normally reaction. 

The 2nd day you drink 3 x times /day.  6 am , 12 clock and 6 pm.

The 3d day is the same 3 x times /day.

4th day also 3x times / day.

From the 5th day you need to drink the mix 5 xtimes / day  6 am , 9 am , 12 clock. 3 pm  and 6 pm. 

You can stop any time you like, but is the best to keep following our protocol till the 250 ml CDS is finish. Around 13-14 days .

Its very easy protocol, you can start any time , but make sure you keep 3 hrs between.
